1. Log in to your Canva account
2. Once logged in click your Account picture and click Account settings
3. Click Billing & Teams and under it Click Cancel subscription
4. Click Continue cancellation
5. Why do you want to leave us?

6. Click cancel subscription and Answer what was the main reason you decided to cancel Canva Pro subscription?
7. Canva Pro Subscription should no longer be existing under your Account Settings
